Players can store their gold in banks to protect their money from being
stolen by mobiles that pickpocket in combat and to avoid losing gold when
they die.
To store money at a bank you can use the deposit command. To take money out
of your account, use the withdraw command. You can also type worth at any
time to see how much gold, questpoints, mudpies, and so on you have.
It is also possible to purchase a credit card at a Questmaster. With a
credit card you can use the withdraw and deposit commands from anywhere in
the world. However, this does not work for PK players.
Houses also have their own personal bank accounts where house members can
deposit money. This account is used to purchase upgrades for the house.
Only immortals can withdraw money from this account.
If you have enabled sharing, you can store questpoints, gold, and mudpies in
a shared account which all of your characters can withdraw from.
